Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@ciatau.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the returned item reaching us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the error is ours.

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU gives you 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. This is a right you hold in law, not a concession on our part, and nothing in this policy limits it. To exercise it, email us at hello@ciatau.com within those 14 days. The CIATAU returns policy described above runs for the same 14 days and sits alongside this right; where the two differ, your statutory right takes precedence.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item you did not order, please email hello@ciatau.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo showing what arrived. When the error is ours, we cover return shipping and will either send the correct item or refund you in full, so that you are not left out of pocket. We review these cases individually and will work with you toward a fair resolution.

Customs and Import Taxes

Orders to North America include all customs duties and import taxes, which CIATAU pays. You are charged nothing on delivery, so there is nothing additional to reclaim: a refund returns everything you paid us.
