Shipping policy
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order (Monday–Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Delivery Method
We use courier pickup points (parcel lockers) as our preferred delivery method where convenient. Depending on your delivery address and its distance from the nearest pickup point, we may instead arrange direct courier delivery to your door using the same carrier. We select the most practical option for your location; no action is needed on your part.

Other international destinations are Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Panama and South Africa. If your country isn't on this list it won't appear at checkout — write to us at hello@ciatau.com and we'll tell you what we can arrange.
Customs Duties and Taxes
European Union: No customs duties or import taxes apply. Your order total is everything you pay.
United States: We cover all customs duties and import taxes. You won't be charged anything on delivery.
Everywhere else: For all other destinations outside the European Union — including Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Australia and the Gulf states — customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a delay or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@ciatau.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
